Chaos

Controlled chaos from start to finish. Expect high intensity with ropes, jumps, swings, carries, and quick switches. Fast-paced, unpredictable, and built to keep you moving.

Cardio Remix

Cardio Remix is a high-energy conditioning class set to good music. A mix of cardio, bodyweight work, strength-inspired movement, and athletic drills for a full-body sweat that keeps the energy high the entire class.

Barbell Burn

Heavy lifts, high energy, and plenty of grit. Built around the barbell and olympic lifts with strength-driven movement, powerful lifts, and athletic conditioning designed to build strength, power, and confidence. Expect to pull, press, squat, hinge, clean, snatch and leave feeling stronger than ever.

BOSU Burn

Balance, strength, and endurance all in one. Using BOSU balls, this class challenges stability, coordination, and control while delivering a serious full-body burn.

Duo Pump

Partner-based training that brings the energy up. Work together through strength, conditioning, and team-style challenges that push pace, power, and accountability.

Deck of Death

The class where YOU decide the workout. Pull exercises from a deck of cards and get right to work. Think open gym vibes mixed with you being in control of the workout and instructors available to give feedback on form and technique and most importantly, encouragement.

Glute & Core Lab

The best of both worlds in one class. Member favorites collide to bring you the ultimate firey workout for your glutes and core. Built around activation, strength, control, and burn. Expect targeted work that fires up your posterior chain, challenges your core, and leaves everything shaking.

Resistance Spin

Spin with a little extra resistance layered in. Ride with bands, and ankle weights with strength-focused intervals that challenge your legs, core, and upper body beyond a traditional ride.

Lift & Flow

Strength meets movement. A low-impact mix of light weights, core work, mobility, and flow-based movement designed to build strength, improve control, and leave you feeling worked without feeling wrecked.

Power Spin

45 minutes of pure grind. This high-resistance ride is packed with climbs, sprints, and power intervals designed to build strength, stamina, and serious mental grit. Your legs will feel it and you’ll love every minute.

ComplexFIT

This class takes strength training to the next level by linking multiple movements into fluid, continuous complexes. ComplexFIT uses circuit-style training and equipment-driven workouts to maximize time under tension and overall strength. Designed for those ready to focus, move with intention, and get stronger.

Spin

A 45-minute indoor cycling class built for everyone. Spin focuses on form, technique, and endurance with detailed guidance from start to finish. Whether it’s your first spin class or your hundredth, you’ll find this ride supportive, empowering, and adaptable to your fitness level—no experience required.

Classic Spin

Kickstart your day with a high energy, balanced, full-body, and exhilirating class. Ride at your own pace, build strength on the bike, and walk out feeling powerful and refreshed.

Step & Flow

This high-energy step class features quick transitions and rhythmic movement, designed to keep you in constant motion. Step & Flow challenges coordination and endurance with flowing step patterns and athletic pacing, all while remaining easy to follow and fun to master. Perfect for anyone who loves cardio with rhythm.

Strength Circuit

Strength Circuit is a full-body strength training class that uses circuit-style programming to build muscle, power, and endurance. You’ll move through timed stations featuring a mix of compound lifts, functional movements, and strength-focused exercises using a variety of equipment. Expect clear coaching, intentional rest, and scalable options—making this class effective for all strength levels.
