We push (strollers), lift (babies), bend and twist (to pick up toys and keep up with multiple kids) like athletes...

It's time to start training like one.

I’m Jen —  pre/postnatal strength coach, mom, wife and RN.
I help bridge the gap between pregnancy, postpartum, and real-life mom life — so you can feel strong, confident, and capable in every season.

My approach is built on an understanding of female anatomy, movement science, teaching you the “why” behind everything — because when you understand your body, you move with purpose and power.

Choose Your Season of Motherhood.

Each program is built around one mission — helping you feel strong, capable, and connected to your body again.

Strength Is Safe. Strength Is Smart.

Motherhood doesn’t just need strength training — it thrives on it.

Prenatal Facts

  1. Resistance training during pregnancy boosts physical and mental energy while reducing fatigue in over 88% of women — helping you stay more energized and confident throughout each trimester. (Ward-Ritacco et al., 2016)

  2. Staying active and lifting safely supports healthy fetal brain development, improving your baby’s future language, memory, and learning abilities. (Guinhouya et al., 2022)

Postpartum Facts

  1. Consistent strength training after birth helps restore core function and pelvic stability, speeding up recovery and reducing back or hip pain. (ACOG Guidelines, 2020)

  2. Women who gradually return to lifting — even heavy resistance training — show no increase in pelvic floor or delivery complications, and often regain strength faster than those who stop training entirely. (Prevett et al., 2023; PMID 36331580)

I’m Jen — RN, Mom, and Pre- & Postnatal Trainer

Born in Manhattan and raised in the Bronx, I traded skyscrapers for palm trees when my husband, my son, and I moved to Yulee, Florida in 2022. Before fitness, I spent over a decade in the fashion industry — corporate girlie turned nurse — so trust me when I say I understand what it means to pivot and rebuild from the ground up.

My love for fitness came back to life about four months postpartum, when I was faced with the possibility of needing surgery when I wasn’t even fully recovered from my c-section. That experience changed everything — it pushed me to finally finish the personal training certification I started back in 2018, and eventually, to build a space where moms could train smarter, safer, and stronger: Get Moving with Jen.

I blend anatomy, movement science, and real-life motherhood to help women reconnect to their bodies — not through “bouncing back,” but by moving forward with strength and confidence.

I created Get Moving with Jen to make exercise realistic, sustainable, and empowering — because motherhood is a sport, and we should train like it.
