For those looking to get active in a positive environment. Athletes will be grouped based on age/maturity/capability.

Homeschool S&C (Youth & Beginner)
For those new to training &/or who are looking to leave average performance behind, this group will show you what it takes to be a high performer.
- Audience: Athletes ages 5-14
- Days Per Week: 3
- Level: Rec Athletes, Early Competitive Athletes
- Class Size: 12-16
- Class Time: 60-75 minutes
Homeschool S&C (Intermediate & Advanced)
If you’re a good athlete playing competitive sports whose made their mind up to be elite this is the program for you. High performers only.

- Level: Competitive Athletes
- Class Size: 12-16
- Class Time: 60-75 minutes
Homeschool Strength Training (16U)
A focused strength class for athletes 16 & under, emphasizing proper lifting, progressive resistance, and athletic power. Athletes build strength, durability, and confidence while preparing for higher-level competition.

Homeschool Weightlifting (USAW)
Team HSE, the Official Co-Ed USAW Weightlifting Club at HitSquad Elite! Led by USAW-certified coaches, we focus on Olympic lifts, strength, and competition prep in a high-energy, team-driven environment. Appropriate for Grades 1-12.

Homeschool Outdoor Speed Training
Master proper running form and technique to maximize speed and efficiency. This class focuses on stride, posture, acceleration, and mechanics for athletes looking to run faster and perform better on the field.

Homeschool Youth Wrestling (10U)
An introductory wrestling class focused on fundamentals, body control, and mat awareness. Athletes build strength, coordination, and confidence while learning proper technique in a fun, structured environment.

Homeschool Middle / High School Wrestling (16U)
A competitive wrestling class focused on advanced technique, conditioning, and live situational work. Athletes build strength, endurance, and mental toughness while preparing for school and club competition.
