Game-oriented & interactive, encouraging active play, teamwork & creativity while promoting the development of healthy habits. The goal is to make fitness enjoyable, fostering a positive attitude toward physical activity that can last a lifetime.

  • Level: Beginner & Intermediate
  • Class Size: Less than 12


Homeschool Strength & Conditioning

Focuses on improving general movement patterns, including a comprehensive training program to build strength, power, speed, flexibility & mobility while increasing their confidence & self image. We will consistently provide information to support mindset, nutrition, recovery & the importance of community.

  • Audience: Varies, based on capability
  • Days Per Week: 3
  • Level: Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced
  • Class Size: Less than 15
