Wrestling Club Classes

STARTING MARCH 3, 2025

NEW Next Gen Wrestling (3–5 Years Old)
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
5:30 PM - 6:30 PM

  • Warm-Up (10 min): Get ready for games like tag and obstacle courses.
  • Basic Movements (20 min): We’ll be rolling, balancing, and doing animal walks—oh my!
  • Introduction to Wrestling (15 min): We’ll work on body positioning and light pushing games to get them comfy on the mats.
  • Cool-Down (5 min): Stretch, breathe, and have a positive feedback circle.

NEW Next Gen Wrestling (6–9 Years Old)
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
6:30 PM - 7:30 PM

  • Warm-Up (10 min): Jog, stretch, tumble!
  • Skill Development (25 min): Takedowns, sprawling, and escapes—you name it.
  • Partner Drills (20 min): Time to spar and repeat those killer techniques!
  • Game/Match (5 min): Ending with a fun wrestling-based game like “King of the Mat.”

NEW Middle School Wrestling (10–14 Years Old)
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
7:30 PM - 9:00 PM

  • Warm-Up (15 min): We’re talking sprints, burpees, and stretching to get the blood pumping!
  • Technique Training (25 min): Advanced takedowns, counters, and riding skills—let’s take it to the next level!
  • Live Drilling (30 min): Positional sparring and situational drills to sharpen your skills.
  • Match Simulation (15 min): Ready for some live action? We’ll finish up with scored matches and coach feedback.
