S&C Outdoor Sprint Training
This session focuses only on straight line speed. We will work on sprint mechanics & the drivers of maximum effort sprinting. These sessions are not designed to tire you out; they're designed to improve your straight line speed.

S&C Total Body Strength
These general strength sessions apply to athletes in any sport. We focus on the push, pull, squat, hinge, twist & lunge to improve athletic performance by increasing the ability to produce force. Elite Work Ethic ONLY!

S&C Outdoor Agility Training
This session builds quickness rather than speed. Backpedal, shuffle, karaoke, ladder drills, change direction etc. Learn to shift bodyweight in & out of positions to gain quickness & athleticism in space.

S&C Explosive Strength
Become a more explosive athlete by mastering the Olympic lifts, jumps, landing mechanics & all aspects of force expression. Chase triple extension & other traits of elite athletes in this smaller group session. This is where we build twitch. Elite Work Ethic ONLY!
